Located on the Lyme town green, the Lyme Inn is tastefully appointed in a way that reflects its historic roots while providing the modern conveniences that today’s travelers require.
The Inn has 14 beautifully decorated rooms and a lovely self-contained cottage. Our suites are popular and come with fireplaces for cozy evenings. We have high-speed wireless Internet, free parking, and an electric vehicle charger on-site. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, and we have several pet-friendly rooms for those traveling with their canine companions. The cottage includes a full kitchen.
There are several restaurants and a great country store on the Lyme town green. Ariana’s Restaurant, at the Inn, offers both in-house dining and take out. Reservations are required for in-house dining at this popular restaurant. Chef Martin’s expertise and attention to detail have earned him amazing reviews. He focuses the menu on locally and ethically sourced ingredients that meet his high standards.
Latham Tavern is a short walk from the Inn and serves hearty American fare, comfort food, and 18 draft beers. This family friendly eatery has something for everyone. Stella’s Italian Kitchen and Market offers take out and limited in-house dining. Their menu features soups, salads, pasta, and paninis. And the Lyme Country Store has soup, sandwiches, pizza, and more, including Thai food prepared by an area chef on Fridays.
