Allagash Brewery is coming to the Lyme Inn January 25th. Join us for a special evening featuring Allagash brews and a custom menu prepared by our chef, Adam Coulter. We will be featuring two Allagash year-round brews—Dubbel and Curieux—and four limited-release brews: Farm to Face, Hibernal Fluxus, Interlude, and Little Brett. Dubbel—Allagash Dubbel hews close to the Abbey ale tradition. Its combination
