The Lyme Inn offers five suites, nine rooms (kings, queens, and two-full sized beds) and a self-contained cottage. All accommodations include a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. “What a delightful stay at the Lyme Inn! From the moment I first called the gentleman who answered the phone, who I assume was the innkeeper, was extremely friendly. We had the same pleasant experience upon checking in, the couple at the desk made us feel so welcomed. (I have been to too many corporate hotels where the front desk staff could care less about whether or not you check in!)
But here, it’s so personable and incredibly friendly.
The room was lovely & clean with a four poster bed and fireplace. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. We checked in with our 2 boys, so they offered us the suite that had a pull out sofa for them. I love how each room has its own coffee/fridge/microwave set up.
My 10 year old son also wanted to contribute to the review: “The breakfast was so good and the garden had so many flowers, and it smells amazing! Overall the place was amazing, and all the food was so good and I will definitely stay here again!””
